Shipping and Returns

Return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility unless there is a return shipping promotion active, or the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect. Return shipping labels are included in all packages. To-and-from shipping is covered by us only for replacement of defective product.
We ship to Canada, the US, Europe, Australia/NZ, and most places worldwide. We use Canada Post for all parcel service. Tracking is recommended for international orders.
All of our bras are made to order and take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to complete depending on complexity. Transit time will vary depending on the destination, but usually your order will arrive in 10-14 business days in North America once shipped.
International (Outside of Canada and USA)

Fitting
There is no standardization of bra sizes even between brands using the same system, so any conversions we could offer would be a guess at best. If you have a bra that you want to convert to a Canadian bra size, you can measure the cup and band and enter them into our bra size calculator here.
Our bras are made true to size, however depending on your size our wires may fit narrow in comparison to other brands.
