Return Policy

  • Returns are valid within 60 days of the original shipping date.
  • We offer a 100% refund for products that are unworn, unwashed and in brand-new condition with tags intact (return shipping not included).
  • We offer a 75% refund for products that are worn, soiled, have fragrances or had tags removed (return shipping not included).
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a shipping promotion active. We cover to and from shipping for exact replacements of defective product or items that have arrived damaged.

Refunds

  1. A premade return label is included in every order. Remove it from the box, then repackage the rest of your order
  2. Peel and stick the return label on top of the original label
  3. Drop the package off at your nearest post office, making sure to keep a receipt of shipping. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you keep a receipt of shipping for at least 1 month.
  4. Your order will be immediately refunded through your original method of payment. This may take 1 to 3 weeks to show in your bank statements depending on your institution’s processing times.

Exchanges

  3. Drop off the package at your nearest postal office, making sure to keep a receipt of shipping. We cover to-and-from shipping for exact product exchanges, and will reimburse you the cost of shipping. We recommend you keep your receipt of shipping for at least 1 month.
  4. We will send out your replacement item(s) the moment we receive your original order. If we receive the original order before your replacement product is ready, we will notify you and provide a delivery date estimate. We will keep you updated on your order status.
