Shipping and Returns Policy

Return shipping costs, country specific duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a return shipping promotion active. To-and-from shipping is covered by us only for replacement of defective product. Request a return label here.

  • Returns are valid within 60 days of the original shipping date.
  • We offer a 100% refund for products that are unworn, unwashed and in brand-new condition with tags intact (return shipping not included).
  • We offer a 75% refund for products that are worn, soiled, have fragrances or had tags removed (return shipping not included).

We ship to Canada, the US, Europe, Australia/NZ, and most places worldwide. We use Canada Post for all parcel service. Tracking is recommended for international orders.

All of our bras are made to order and take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to complete depending on complexity. Transit time will vary depending on the destination, but usually your order will arrive in 10-14 business days in North America once shipped.

    Returns

    By default, we pack our bras in the most efficient packaging to keep return costs low for you. It is recommended to retain your original packaging, as it is most economical. You may use different packaging at your discretion but please ensure the package or envelope is securely sealed.

    The return shipping cost varies according to weight and size. Please contact us if you would like to know approximately how much it will cost in advance. All shipping costs are subject to change without notice by the carriers.

    Please keep your receipt of shipping, and note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, country specific duties and fees. We recommend keeping your receipt of shipping for at least 1 month.

    Once we receive your package, your order will be immediately refunded through your original method of payment. This may take 1 to 3 weeks to show in your bank statements depending on your institution’s processing times.

    1. Please contact us to request a return label and we will email you a printable label for your order.

    2. If your item arrived in an 8 x 11 cardboard envelope, please affix the new label and take the resealed envelope to your nearest post office. The return shipping cost of the paper envelope is approximately $4-6, depending on weight. It must be packed flat so the envelope is no thicker than 1”. Send it by oversized envelope regular mail, not as a parcel. This option does not include a tracking number.

    3. If the item was in a poly bubble mailer, please affix the return label and take the resealed package to your nearest post office. The cost to mail a bubble mailer is less than a box, so we recommend you use our packaging for returns.

      2. Print out and apply the new return label on top of the label on your old package and, through us, arrange for parcel pickup from your address (available in select locations only). The mail carrier may pick up your item from an agreed upon safe location at your address and bring a label upon your request. Please contact us to arrange with you a time and day for pickup.

    Exchanges

    *For the exact replacement of damaged or defective product only.*

    1. Please contact us to request an exchange and we will email you a printable return label for your order.
    2. Print out and apply the new return label on top of the label on your old package, and drop off the package at your nearest postal office. Please keep a receipt of shipping, we cover to-and-from shipping for exact product exchanges and will reimburse you the cost of shipping. We recommend keeping your receipt of shipping for at least 1 month.
    3. Once we receive your package, we will immediately send out your replacement item(s). If we receive the original order before your replacement product is ready, we will notify you and provide a delivery date estimate. We will keep you updated on your order status.

    VAT and Tariffs

    Different countries may have varying import value limits on a single shipment. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be informed of the customs rules in their countries. We are not responsible for any tariffs, excise fees or taxes charged during importation.

    Currently, under NAFTA our Canadian-made bras and clothing can be brought into the United States with no tariffs or duties. Regular state taxes may apply. Due to recent trade disputes, these rules may change in March 2025. These rules are subject to change without notice and the buyer is responsible for any duties/tariffs that may apply.
