Shipping and Returns
Returns are valid within 60 days of the original shipping date.
We offer a 100% refund for products that are unworn, unwashed and in brand-new condition with tags intact (return shipping not included).
We offer a 75% refund for products that are worn, soiled, have fragrances or had tags removed (return shipping not included).
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We cover to and from shipping for exact replacements of defective product or items that have arrived damaged.
Delivery
All of our bras are made to order and take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on complexity. Please note delivery times may vary depending on destination.
Canada/USA: 10-14 business days
International (Outside of Canada/USA):
