Shipping
We ship to Canada, Europe, Australia/NZ, United States, and most places worldwide. We use Canada Post and DHL depending on location. Tracking is recommended for international orders.
Canada: Currently, we have a free shipping promotion to Canadian addresses. Carrier is Canada Post.
USA: Flat rate by DHL is currently $39 CAD.
World: DHL $85 CAD or Canada Post varying rates from $20 and up, depending on service chosen.

Most of our products are made to order and take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to complete depending on complexity. Transit time will vary depending on the destination, but usually your order will arrive in 10-14 business days in North America once shipped.
If your item is already in stock, it will ship within 1 to 3 days.
International (Outside of Canada and USA)
- Canada Post Surface 4-12 weeks
- Canada Post Air 2-3 weeks
- DHL(Preferred) 5-8 business days
Different countries may have varying import value limits on a single shipment. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be informed of the customs rules in their countries. We are not responsible for any tariffs, excise fees or taxes charged during importation, and cannot refund these costs. For refunds on tariffs and taxes incurred during importation, the buyer must apply to their country’s taxation authority.
United States:
Elizabeth Valentine Apparel products are currently CUSMA compliant and should not incur tariffs when received in the USA. We ship all proper documentation and use DHL. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by taxation authorities as this is beyond our control.
Exchanges
Please contact us to request an exchange.
- After contacting us for instructions, depending on your country, please purchase, print out and apply the return label on top of the label on your old package, and drop off the package at your nearest postal or DHL office. Please keep a receipt of shipping. We recommend keeping your receipt of shipping for at least 1 month.
- Please order the new size and we will begin work on it.
- You will be refunded per our refund policy once we receive your original item.

Returns
Returns are valid within 60 days of the original shipping date.
- We offer a 100% refund for products that are unworn, unwashed and in brand-new condition with tags intact (return shipping not included).
- We offer a 75% refund for products that are worn, soiled, have fragrances or had tags removed (return shipping not included).
By default, we pack our bras in the most efficient packaging to keep return costs low for you. It is recommended to retain your original packaging, as it is most economical. You may use different packaging at your discretion but please ensure the package or envelope is securely sealed.
The return shipping cost varies according to weight and size. Please contact us if you would like to know approximately how much it will cost in advance. All shipping costs are subject to change without notice by the carriers.
Return shipping costs, country specific duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a return shipping promotion active. To-and-from shipping is covered by us only for replacement of defective product. Please contact us to request a return label.
